"The US brother-in-law of an Australian hurricane victim found alive in prison is outraged he is about to be shipped out to Iraq with the US Army.

"You've got all these millions of people waiting in your backyard that you can't help and they want to send you half way around the world to play somebody else's war," Mr John Mutnansky, who has already served twice in Iraq, said."
