Bush commemorates Reagan's faulty memory

In drawing this connection, Bush invoked the memory of Reagan's faulty memory, saying, "In 1987, President Reagan honorably told the Tower Commission, 'Try as I might, I cannot recall anything.. My answer therefore and the simple truth is, I don't remember, period.'"
