I Knew I Heard the Name Alito Somewhere

I can't believe I didn't think of this until today, but wasn't Judge Alito also the judge over the O.J. trial? If so, maybe he's not such a racist after all.

Sure enough, after googling it I've found they're one and the same. The Tonight Show reported:
