Struggling to get Attention on the Fake Osama Audio...

This is a self-link, but I've been working hard on this report for a few days. It's a long and detailed analysis, but I think you will find it persuasive if you've been keeping track of terrorism-related propaganda.

You might try getting in touch with that professor from Duke University who has studied all the bin Laden tapes and who also does not think this latest one was authentic. You've got a good working hypothesis, now you need to get some more confirming data.
