Renegade pharma lobbyist on GOP's love for socialized medicine -- abroad!
Holy cheap Cipro, Batman! It's about time that SOMEONE exposed this little bit of GOP-PhRMA hypocrisy:

As Congress struggles to wind up its maneuverings on pharmaceutical pricing for the aged and the luckless, one should bear in mind certain immutable facts a propos the drug manufacturing industry, the greater bulk of which is now headquartered in the United States.

They aren't the only problem.

Make no mistake: fair drug pricing is an issue that involves the entire chain of manufacturing and distribution.

So what is the best way to accomplish fair pricing?

Read Jeff Koopersmith's Prescription Drug Plan and think about it.

I wonder if any of the Dem candidates -- or their advisors -- have read this article.

This could very well be a great way to turn the whole pharmaceutical-insurance-Medicare issue upside down on the GOP.

Imagine Clark, Dean or (what the hell) Sharpton confronting Chimpy McPhRMABucks in a presidential debate about his love for socialized medicine -- just so long as it soaks working Americans!
