...though not being a Texan myself I can only trust what I'm told. But I read that that's the correct Texas-ism for the "all hat, no cowboy" style of poseur we have here. One educated in exclusive Eastern prep schools and the Ivy league, who can't ride a horse but bought his "beloved" ranch the month before his presidential campaign started as a kind of fashion accessory to go with the Gucci boots and fake accent.
