The party of personal responsibility strikes again.

Conservative performance art.

A staff attorney for the Ohio House Republican Caucus was arrested late Wednesday and police suspect he is the flasher known around Columbus as the "naked photographer."

The defense is expected to claim that he was working toward a National Endowment for the Arts grant.
