1. I thought there was a 60 day gag order placed on him by
Mr. Gonzalez.

2. It is not a gag order - all Qui Tam's are sealed for 60 days while
the prosecutor in question decides if they are going to take the case. If the prosecutor passes, then the lawyers who filed the Qui Tam go forward with the case.

3. I like your phrase, "clean out the White House," and I'm willing to pay
a hefty tax increase for the massive sewage-system pipes required for the task.

More personally, if RFK Jr were to win that case, it would hit me like a ton of bricks. His father fought the good fight, and fought it better than almost anyone in my lifetime. I'm a Democrat significantly because of Robert F. Kennedy, Sr.

If RFK Jr. carries this case through and is triumphant, it will be more than enough to stop me in my tracks while I say 'thank you' out loud to both of them, and to make me a Democrat in my next life, too.

It's always good to pick your fights. The Kennedys do a pretty good job of it.

by the Kennedys... and I love listening to Robert Kennedy Jr.'s show with Mike. Extremely informative.

9. His father would have been insanely proud of RFK Jr., I think.
In his absence, I will be proud for him.

RFK Jr's a national treasure.

11. "Clean out the White House"
Good question. IMO those with direct ties to election fraud (Rove?) can be prosecuted. Those who knew, but covered it up (Hadley?) could be charged with obstruction. Bush and Cheney probably were (or will claim they were) out of the loop (plausible deniability). They probably cannot be removed from office by the Court - probably only by impeachment process, and then only if they can be tied to the election fraud or its coverup. Good luck with that.

So, I wouldn't count on Kennedy's suit to remove chimpCo. The more probable result is that it punishes Diebold, etc, and creates enough public outrage that congress finally has to act to see that future elections aren't tainted.

12. Could someone tell us how long the trial will last
The Plame investigation is now into it's third year and the trial of Scooter Libby "may" start
in January 2007, what is a ball park figure on this trial?
