Torture plane was here (Portugal)

Reports this week appear to provide new evidence implicating Portugal in assisting the CIA with its ferrying of terror suspects. The governments explanation that CIA planes only landed in Portugal to refuel, has so far appeased most critics, but a report published over the weekend suggests that a Gulfstream V made a number of stops in Portugal for reasons other than refuelling.

The Guantanamo Express, notorious for hunting down terror suspects across the world, spent 13 nights at Oportos S Carneiros international airport, new evidence has shown.
However, the number of nights in Oporto far exceed the number of trips (13) and prisoners abroad are reported to have been kept at undisclosed venues outside the airport, but within the city of Oporto.

These startling revelations were made in the latest edition of the weekly Expresso, which also found that all these flights departed and eventually returned to Dulles, Washington.
Investigations have shown that indicated that it is unlikely and even impossible that the only Gulfstream V known to be in the service of the CIA had travelled to Oporto for refuelling purposes ...
