Do you care if your company has a holiday party? If you answer no, then you are in the majority. A survey from stafing firm Spherion found that 57 percent of workers say it isn't important if an employer has a holiday party. Twenty-seven percent say that if there is a holiday party, they feel obligated to attend. Eighty-six percent of those attending holiday parties say they have never embarassed themselves, while six percent admit they have.
