2. Anderson is really good. I wish he hadn't left the CJ and moved to
Houston. At least we still get to enjoy his work. Besides being a very talented artist he can really throw zingers with his take on an issue.

Anyone remember Hugh Haynie? Man, he was another political cartoonist from the CJ that could sum up an idea or an opinion in just one frame. As a small child I can remember looking for Haynie's wife name hidden somewhere in his work each day. Even long after he and his wife were divorced he continue to put her name in the cartoons for his children. Looking for "Lois" in the cartoon during breakfast every morning before school.

3. Oh yeah....remember Hugh well.
But, to be honest, I haven't read the Curious in ages. It's probably been 3 years since I read an issue (well, other than some major sports news :) )

4. I only buy the Sunday CJ and read online when there is something of
local interest to me. I gave up on local newspapers and TV stations years ago. Couldn't take the reichwing BS. WAVE 3 TV is the worst.

Sunday's CJ has a great "Forum" section although they give way too much space to Cal Thomas et al and a nice crossword puzzle.

5. Oh yeah, that WAVE 3 GM is a total "loyal Bushie"
Give me FOX 41's Bill Lamb any day (rather ironic, eh?)

6. Thank you, Nick, for another sensational editorial picture. I just love it.
And for those of you who think the CJ is bad, what if you had to live in San Diego and read their garbage? The paper is not as good as it was under the Binghams, but it is at least credible on the editorial page more often than not.
