Article referenced on Randi Rhodes' show today making the argument that there is a conflict of interest regarding warrantless wiretapping and that a special prosecutor is needed.

3. You would need an Active DOJ to do that and it ain't gonna
happen with Alberto....or whoever is representen the DOJ right now......The DOJ can ignore the request from Congress....

5. Nancy should just say things change...Impeachment is back on
the table....it's that simple......for crying out loud....if someone is kicking the shit out of you...you get up and start kicking the shit out of them.....it been long past the time to be cordial.....The US Constitution is in peril by The Executive branch and now it looks like the Supreme Court.....Congress has a duty.....
