What I think doesn't count, although I've made my voice known many times.
It's what Pelosi thinks that counts, and she has said many times that impeachment is off the table. Only she knows why she would ever remove that option. I sense that it is pure politics. It gives Bush free rein to continue with his trashing of the Constitution. The influential people that run the USA may believe that it's best if the Congress doesn't muddy the waters and mess up chances for Hillary to become President.

even though I don't live in California and could not vote for her... this is what you get when you think, well I support her over a republican any day. You get candy ass bull shit. Laughing of course one has not choice at this time correct.......

The question to ourselves (R or D) should be this......do I support upholding the US Constitution over partisanship and the Democratic or Republican Party.
If the answer is not yes, then we've got some real problems.
