Are the vampire elites a symptom of a slob species?
Politics is a meaningless game invented by the international vampire elites (the 0.5%) to make sure 99.5% of the world's human cattle stay in our cattle pens. This has been the way of the world for approximately the last 6,000 years.

So, behind the meaningless sound and fury signifying nothing of politics are the vampire elites. But for that matter, behind effectively EVERYTHING in the human condition are the manipulating vampire elites.

So, is this at long last the dead center (literally) of the Earth's Heart of Darkness?

No.

Because "behind" the vampire elites is something even worse -- worse at least in the sense that there's nothing we can do about it.

Behind politics are the elites, but behind the elites is a defective species, i.e., Homo sapiens, i.e., "us".

On a scale of one to ten of allegedly "advanced" species, we’re probably a two.

This is so obvious. How ELSE could the vampire elites be controlling the human condition if it weren't for the fact that PRACTICALLY ALL OF US "permit" it? Hell, if we really got our act together, do you think this social chess game would keep us from deleting the elites in a week?

If this isn't obvious, then the sun isn't obvious. 99.5% of the human race out votes, out fights, out thinks, out energizes (with countless etc's), the 0.5%. Yes, yes, yes, they've got the pseudo legal upper hand, but "legality" means BLOODY NOTHING if it's not grounded in authentic morality. And nothing about the elite world has ANYTHING to do with morality and rationality.

The elites are pure evil. End of conversation, and 99.5% of the human race should be able to kick the ass of this evil in a thousand different ways.

But we don't and the only explanation for WHY we don't is, let's just say, biologically unflattering.

We allow this filth to have their way, not only with us, but with the very planet, because as a life form, we're too ineffectual to do otherwise.

And are there exceptions which prove the rule? Are there individuals and institutions with nobility and courageous intelligence? Do members of our species "occasionally" rise to the challenge of high intelligence, courage, and spirituality?

Of course, the answer is yes, but also of course, such manifestations of "quality" (let's just use that word) are very, very exceptional. Indeed, quantitatively relative to Joe 6 pack and Boobus Americanus, these exceptions are pitifully rare.

This could all be written up in very convoluted ways, with paragraphs of statistics, and maybe a chart or two, but may I simply submit the excruciatingly obvious fact that the huge majority of the human race are "enablers" who have neither the brains, courage, or ethics to fight the good fight -- because there ISN'T any "good fight" happening on this planet except from a handful of worldly "activists".

If most of us look around our neighborhood, what we see are houses filled with stupefied enablers. Said differently, our species is defective because there's just too much DEAD WEIGHT. The human monkeys who see no evil, hear no evil, and CONFRONT no evil.

Statistically speaking, such people are a representative sample of the human population and from such a population can come glorious exceptions like science, art, and moral courage, but "human nature" has always historically been predominately DEAD WEIGHT. That should be the name of our species: Homo DEAD WEIGHT. Naturally, it’s tricky to talk about a species of which one is a member, but facts are facts.

One last way to say this is that the elites (as the ultimate face of evil on our planet) aren't living their Greek God like lives because they are so amazingly powerful and intelligent. To the contrary, their social/biological "inbreeding" is making them more and more effete.

No, they are living Greek God like lives because "human nature" is too defective to stop them.

And yet another very complicated variable in all this are the lives of people so “disadvantaged” or mutilated that they are really impossible to evaluate and this includes (what?) half the human race? People living in ghettos and ghetto countries are barely existing, so what CAN be expected from their tragic and hopeless lives?

However this absolutely doesn’t change the fact that fascism is now and never has been the result of empowered elites, but rather the criminal enabling of our deadbeat neighbors.

It’s also why the defective species problem is so much more serious than the vampire elite problem, because with vampire elites we can at least imagine revolutionary social change. Usually not a good solution since revolutions almost always end up making everything worse (e.g., Russia and Iraq), but FUNDAMENTAL changes in human nature (if they even happened at all) could take tens to hundreds of thousands of years. Mother Nature doesn't like to be hurried.

But, alas, the human nature we are stuck with for the present is a virtual host for the "Have's" and vampire elites. Our nature is so contaminated with sloth, stupidity, and cowardice that the elites are in a certain sense inevitable. Or more generally (and spiritually & philosophically) EVIL itself is inevitable.

It would be criminal not to acknowledge over and over again such human triumphs as science and that collection of individuals over the centuries who keep reminding us of our virtually limitless human potential, BUT these (ironically like the elites) are the very rare exceptions. The rule is that humanity is mass of dead weight in the billions which it would take a God to transcend.

To conclude this with contemporary specifics, the tragic and heart breaking political/social condition we now wake up to in the morning is not the result of brilliant Republican sociopaths (who are mostly just nuts and rich) but because of the crushing dead weight of human nature.

So it seems the ultimate question is whether human evil the result of ordinary human beings not “rising to their spiritual and intelligence” potential, but rather the Bush-like (and extinction bound) biological acting out of a tragically defective life form.

ps: The fact that the defective species theory is rarely considered could be seen as a proof of its correctness.

1. yes -- almost by definition, as we stand on the cusp of our own extinction
allowed by us, because we allow the vampire elites to thrive...

Never (in the current record) has a species been so clearly in charge of whether it will live or die, though our track record suggests a sad infatuation with Thanatos, rather than Eros...

4. The big problem with perfect government: human beings.
So, this clown suggests that we should kill everybody? Did he watch Sweeney Todd and get inspired to write this post?

It always seems to me that anyone seeking to blame everybody else for the failure of his personal political philosophy has never looked in a mirror. Hmm...never looked in a mirror. Could Count Eplar be one of those vampire elites?

6. you can't please everyone all the time
This silliness doesn't really deserve a response, but the heart of this piece is that elites aren't controlling the Earth because of their brilliance and power, but because of dead weight of human enablers, i.e., they are a function of the enablers, not visa versa. And to the degree this is true, politics is meaningless because human passivity has been and still is basically allowing everything. It is also suggesting the the vampire elites, as terrible as they are, are not "the problem", rather they are a symptom of "the problem" which is dead weight enablers.

So far as the violence is concerned, perhaps your projections are showing.

13. My point is you can't quantitize human beings.
And I hope you don't think I'm doing name-calling, but what you're saying seems to be the kind of attempt to digitize human beings into units of consumption - in the same way the Marxists did. And understand that this isn't conservative name-calling, but what I saw whenever I read anything coming from Communist newsletters. It is, simply, the desire to turn human beings into numbers that can be easily explained away by a philosophy, so to make a perfect society.

I could even explain it without reference to Marxist theory. Isaac Asimov wrote a series of books about Hari Selden, a genius who created what he called "psycho-history" that was supposed to explain away the idea of free will, and show how all of humanity - on a galactic, not just a planetary basis - could be manipulated for what Selden considered the common good.

The problem is that's all fiction. Marxism and psycho-history, both. Human beings are a lot more individual and weird than any philosophy can determine. And calling a bunch of people a "vampire elite" is, in the end, like calling Barack Obama that word that begins with "N" or reducing woman's value to the size of their breasts. Sure, "vampire elites" is a catchy phrase, but that's about it.

And like the names for Obama and the valuation of women, it quite often leads to violence of thought as well as action.

Until you see rich Republicans as people, people with flawed values but still people, you don't stand a chance of changing the situation to a better outcome. That explain it all to you?

7. Personal Political Philosophy?
Isn't political philosophy about the social, legal, economic ways we interact? I think the author is looking at a bigger picture than how we as individuals perceive our role. Indeed, if I may run the risk of editorializing, he is positing that a personalized view of exclusive self-interest is part of the problem. By thinking that "Boobus Americanus" (great term, wcepler) ought never consider the collective condition, the situation can never change, elites will always survive, thrive, and dominate.

wcepler - I am wondering if you've ever read Machiavelli's The Discourses. To editorialize again, his famous Might Makes Right from the Prince is commonly misconstrued as his cynical prescription about how we all should act. In actuality, he means it as a warning; i.e., if we the citizens are not careful, some one or some group will take control and dominate us all.

In the Discourses he extols the Roman Republic because they understood the flaw in human nature. Ambitious people WILL gun for the throne, and it takes a politically vibrant, sometimes riotous populace to avoid it. He rejects Plato's notion of Guardians, that all we need to do is find some incorruptible people amongst us and make them the uber-cops, along the lines of Jedi. Machiavelli's basic premise is incorruptibility is impossible. Since politics is the conditions under which we agree to be governed, those who wish to rule will go into it and do whatever they can to bend others to their will.

Let me know if you have.

8. the Discourses
Thank you for you correct reading of my piece and for the recommendation of Discourses. I have already ready much of that (some time ago) and interestingly it was recently recommended to me for just the same reasons.

I well knew this piece would be vulnerable to personal attack, but ironically the "personal element" is exactly what this view is indifferent to. Rather, this was, for me, simply objective intelligence struggling to get a big picture view (not "personal") of our heart breaking world.

The core intuition is that the elites (who control EVERYTHING on planet Earth, e.g. politics, religion, etc., etc.)are not after all the core dynamic of our world.

Rather, the "enablers" are the bottom, bottom line. Tragically, as a species, we are mostly made up of human dead weight, i.e., humans who are stupefied with television and bare minimum IQ neuroses (e.g., religious fanaticism) and make up (and always have made up!) the great majority of the human race.

Hence, the heart of my piece is the serious possibility that human nature itself is too defective to rise to the vast challenges of life. We have great artists, yes, and science, yes, and other wonderful human beings, but they are as rare in numbers as the elites (0.5%). And the other 99% is mostly enabling sludge.

So, that's a shot at the big picture of the human condition. Behind politics (and everything else) are the elites, but behind the elites are several billion deadbeats. Or more specifically, behind the elites is what is increasingly looking like a biologically defective life form which we should remember hasn't been around all that long and in the process of evolution is getting closer to being selected out. You have to hold up your end with evolution, and I now very much doubt that human nature can cut it.

I hope I'm wrong, but the world is such a trash heap of evil, raw stupidity, and unforgivable cowardice, that that probably all adds up to inevitable extinction. The trash heap is just too massive for science and creative human heroes to cancel it out.

The millstone of dead weight enablers just keep pulling the human experiment down, down, down . . .

9. Historian Will Durant said this:
"90% of humanity has only one foot out of the cave". That is, in 50,000+ years, we haven't learned much of anything. We're still frightened by shadows on the wall and marvel endlessly at shiny objects.

I get a big kick of people touting our species as advanced. We're not at all, really. Not only are we lousy animals, we're a pretty lousy 'advanced' species as well.

Another author, Kurt Vonnegut, said this:

"Just because we can read and write and do some math, that doesn't make us the Masters of the Universe."

I whole-heartedly agree.

11. politics
Politics is not "a meaningless game invented by the international vampire elites" I don't think.

The wealthy and powerful few don't need politics or government. They can buy whatever they need, incuding private armies. The development of politics and government has all come as a response to the rule by the few, through the struggles of the common people in an attempt to level the playing field.

14. it is a small point
It is a small, but perhaps very important point. Thanks for considering it. A small shift - may be a very powerful one that would strengthen your excellent thesis?

"No government" to me just means that the wealthy and powerful few will rule directly over us as feudal lords. Government and politics are to protect us from them. Otherwise, powerful wealthy lords simply enslave us without worrying about any governments, laws, or politics. There is no democracy, no rights, no justice without politics, and there is no such thing as politics that does not seek those things. What the right wingers are engaged in now is not politics nor government, it is the destruction of politics and government. That is why they have such an easy time - it is easier to destroy then to build.

You might enjoy this article-- it's given me a bit more hope that the massive shift of power that is currently underway is being guided with an endgame in sight by the Chinese, and it's an endgame that will benefit all of humanity in the long run...

Give this a read-- would be interested in hearing your thoughts. It may not have anthing to do with Cantor sets, but you should enjoy all the same :) http://news.silverseek.com/SilverSeek/1201716676.php
