Bush: People Will ‘Look Back’ At ‘This Moment In Economic History’ And Say ‘Tax Cuts Work’
http://thinkprogress.org/2008/03/12/bush-tax-cuts/

In remarks to the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce today, President Bush continued his rosy rhetoric on the economy. He predicted that in the future, people will look back at today’s financial situation and say that “tax cuts work”:

"And I want to thank you very much for supporting the tax cuts plans that had good effect on small businesses all across the United States during that period of time. I think when people take a look back at this moment in our economic history, they’ll recognize tax cuts work. They have made a difference."

It’s doubtful Americans will remember this time period as an example of economic success.

That's right they do, if he is talking about his tax cuts and the have-mores.

5. What planet is he talking about?
The things bush says are so completely, totally disconnected with the real world that you have to assume he has a mental illness or emotional disorder that prevents him from correctly assessing any situation. I don't know whether it was the cocaine or being drunk-on-his-butt every day for 20 years or what, but something did a real number on what presumably used to be his mind.

Nixon had his paranoia, Reagan had his Altzheimer's, and bush has his mental illness. We sure have been served well by Republican presidents, haven't we? It makes a great argument for the irrational hothead McCain to take over. I'll bet he's crazy too!

6. When bush says it, just assume the truth is the opposite.
Then you will have a better grasp of reality. You still will be broke, unable to afford health care, and without a house but you will know exactly where you stand - in the middle of a republican caused economic mess, again.

Our coffers are full.

Read: Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins.
or The Conspirators by Al Martin.

They are whistle blowers regarding the Bush crime family.

9. Someone should have shouted, " Is that why you just set the record for a single month's deficit? How
many more months of $263 billion plus deficits can we afford?"
