Interesting little snippet in the context of our rampant corporatism in the UK,
reminiscent of the threat of sequestration to a bank a few months ago. It appeared in the Daily Mail last week, but haven't got round to posting it until now. It's some encouragement that the rule of law even applies to big companies still.

"Pay order to EasyJet

Bailiffs will seize goods from easyJet HQ if they fail to refund £300 to a customer.

Dad, Craig Stevens, 40, took the budget airline to the small claims court and was awarded the cash after he and his family missed a flight from Sicily to Gatwick.

But the airline failed to pay. So Craig, from Bristol, went back to court to get the extra expense he had to meet.

Now easyJet has promised to cough up."
