I'm just curious because I haven't seen this on the news all day - and just a few days ago, there was no more important story in the entire world than lipstick. The markets crashing weren't even being mentioned.

I just kept expecting someone hard working "journalist" to translate our tax dollars into lipstick for us today so we could all keep up

2. You can't make Halliiburton tell you a price in advance - Amendment 17
the Patriot Act gives them PNB (Permanent No-Bid) status

3. I dunno. What brand? Is it 12-hour lipstick?
These things factor in.
