The biggest socialist since President Roosevelt.

The people he mingled with were people that hated America. You can’t attend a church 20 years and not believe in what is preached. I doubt if he could get a top secret clearance.

His wife wasn’t proud of America until he started to run for president, even though the country gave her the freedom and opportunity to attend college and become a lawyer.

From his speeches in Europe he wants everybody to be the same; that’s what Karl Marx wanted...

All this is right out of Karl Marx’s communist manifesto.

They would like to abolish all property rights, inheritance, patriotism, religion, the family as we know it and establish a one-world government.

Apparently, ignorance and lying continues to be the most obvious conservative values.

2. Whoa, maybe you needed to put the last line of that post first, move the link up after it
and post the quotes in italics. For a sec there you looked like you were hungry for pizza, high post count or no.

But really, it doesn't surprise me that the wingnuts would be grasping at straws like this. They got nothing.

3. Outside of St Louis City and Kansas City,
this is what Barack Obama is up against. Racism runs DEEP in St Louis City but NOTHING like it does in the rural areas. I think Obama will win in STL and KC but St Louis County, not so sure. St Charles County, I'll go on record and say definitely NOT. He's going to have to fight hard to win the rest of Missouri. Even though many parts of rural MO are very poor, they will vote race first and go along with the Republicans; that's why MO has gone red the last few elections. The rural poor equate the Democrats with welfare which, even though many of them use it, they see as primarily benefiting the "undeserving poor" in St Louis (which is code word for black) and in Kansas City. The Republicans are very good at using code words when discussing race and if that doesn't work, there is always guns, god and gays to keep them voting Republican.

IDIOTS!

4. Obama will do well in STL County, it is the second most educated county in MO and has a decent...
african american population. He will get thousands of votes out of there.

6. You may be right. After all the county executive
is African American, so maybe some of the racist whites wont be frightened about the prospects of Barack Obama being president.

5. I looked Mr. Steele up - he's a survivor of the USS Maddox DD-622
(battle in 1943), so he's in his 80s or 90s.

Not relevant to the discussion, exactly, but I'll take one misguided "old guy" over young rednecks, any day.

I wonder what these people would think if someone who was actually even mildly leftwing by western-democratic standards became a major party nominee. :eyes:
