take on Keith was stupid and one of the most un-funny bits I've ever seen. Keith does not cut people off, he doesn't talk or act in that superior tone, etc. If Affleck had captured the real Keith it might have worked but I thought it was a huge FAIL. Even the part with Wolffe was way off....

2. I felt the same way about it.
But Keith's response is classy. Any criticism of Affleck would be seen as petty.

3. Differences of opinion
I thought *some* of the Affleck routine was hilarious, partly because he did go WAY over-the-top, exaggerating some of Olbermann's mannerisms and style; but I'd agree that a few bits clunked loudly when the material was invented -- like with the cutting-off of guests. What annoyed me throughout the routine, though, was my inability to recall any SNL skits ripping O'Reilly, Hannity, Limbaugh, etc., individually or as a group.

5. I enjoyed it. Actually thought it was pretty funny.
I thought Affleck did a good job, and he sure seemed to be having fun.

Quibble: Only one World's Worst; they should have done the usual three. And the special comment went on too long.

Hard for SNL to rip on Hannity and Limbaugh when they are parodies anyway. O'Reilly is fertile ground.

10. Re: Hannity, Limbaugh...
Then they can do as they did with Olbermann, exaggerate them even further... or do as they did with Palin, and use their words literally, from a show transcript, to demonstrate that they are ridiculous.

But my question remains... do you recall SNL *ever* doing a Limbaugh, etc skit, in all the years he's been out there?

6. bias
You're accusing SNL of right-wing bias? I think that's a stretch!

I did think Olbermann sketch was funny, though...

9. No, I was specifically stating that I couldn't recall having ever seen or heard of ...
... an SNL sketch on O'Reilly, Hannity, Limbaugh, Coulter, etc. It wasn't an accusation of bias, but a declaration of my memory banks.

SNL's Matthews impression has been famous, and Affleck's Olbermann was hilarious, but I don't recall any similar skewerings of the oh-so-ripe Right Wing blowhards. Please feel free to correct my recollection.

7. sense of humor
I"m just always amused when someone says "I have a great sense of humor" because I don't think there are very many people who think they don't! But maybe that's just my sense of humor... ;-)

4. missed the mark
There were a lot of things about Olberman that they could have lampooned that would have made this much funnier; his many super-obscure sports references about everything, his constant bad imitations of people, even his supposed reputation of being a "diva". But that would have taken some work on the writers part. So they instead just came up with what was just an unfunny attack instead of a well thought-out satire.

8. you got it
I couldn't quite figure out what it was that bothered me about it but that's it.

I laughed in a couple spots but because the material was repetitious, I couldn't muster up much more.
