3. Kate Obenshain lead off with defending Palin and how much they just LOVE HER
These types wouldn't give Palin the time of day if it weren't for her position and how it serves their means. She went on to play the victim card for dear old Sarah. She also added the incredible threat to the Fairness Doctrine that Obama poses, drawing on the 1st Amendment rights that are at stake (they LOVE some 1st Amendment now). Oh and Obenshain relished in her common motherhood with Palin not realizing the irony of telling her own personal story of talking on the phone with a Republican heavyweight player when she was running for some position in the Virginia Republican party-Obenshain was oh so resolute when this guy mentioned that he could hear children in the background. She tells the story of how she had just had her third or fourth child who was on her lap during the phonecall and how the others were playing around behind her. Obenshain thought it was just terrible how the liberals and the media had made Palin's motherhood a liability, how it un-qualified her for the VP while not realizing that the strict instructions about "professionalism" that SHE received was from a fellow REPUBLICAN and of course offered up no actual evidence of attacks on Palin.

Diana Furchtgott-Roth, who I must add is straight out of central casting for rich elitist condescending Republican types, used her time to decry to horrible threat that open union voting poses to the common honest working man. I looked her up and this seems to be her pet issue. Five minutes in or so they engaged in self congratulations for the glorious event and Furchtgott-Roth used a hand gesture to solicit applause for Obenshain that looked like it was a pandering move coming out of the royal coach.

The questions were a totally devoid of the reality that just smacked them in the face this week. My favorite part was Obenshain saying that the women who would provide the microphone were "Luce women"-the pronounciation required that it was spelled LUCE not LOOSE.

Every person who wanted to pose a question were required to state their name and their "affiliation"-the second questioner skipped over the latter requirement and was promptly interrupted and forced to state how she was affiliated with the Luce organization or the Heritage Foundation-they appeared to be paranoid of infiltrators or the rabble making their way in.

2. I actually watched it.
It was the most ridiculous example of convoluted thinking I have EVER seen expressed in my entire life. Roll a month's worth of Limbaugh into a fattie and you will get an idea. These bitches plan to oppose Obama at every opportunity. "Obama IS a socialist!" Feckin' bitches!

4. I left the open accusation of "SOCIALIST!" out of the synopsis above
yeah the whole thing was a leap into the bizarre. The pure-bred well-connected world of their bizarre.

5. It was shocking, really, and
I don't shock easily. It's like la la land. Make up your own reality as you go through life.
