Karl Rove will testify

According to his attorney, he's already cooperating with the investigation into the conviction of Alabama Governor Don Siegelman.

Typically he is also intimating that he won't testify.

Don't think for one minute that these assclowns will not fight to the death to protect Rove, and by extension, Bush43. "Cooperating", is he? "Setting up someone else to be the fall guy" is more likely. Or Luskin could be lying outright (wouldn't be the first time, sure as hell won't be the last) and there is no "cooperation" at all.

I'm afraid that even if he does testify it won't be the truth.

Luskin (lawyer) says Rove is already cooperating with the DOJ on the Don Siegelman case but so far word has it that he's saying he knows nothing. So why is he so reluctant to testify?

He doesn't seem to mind lying so why not just continue with his usual stuff and go testify that he knows nothing.

Luskin seems to be implying that the only reason Rove hasn't talked before is because Bush told him not to. HAH! So they may throw Bush under the bus but it may just be Luskin talking.

What they need are the presidential memos and correspondence. Am I wrong in thinking there's some sort of law that makes all correspondence by the president open to scrutiny once he's left office?
