GOP Catfight Brewing In TX: Palin v. Hutchinson
Is there a cat fight brewing between two of the most prominent Republican women in the country, Kay Bailey Hitchinson and Sarah Palin? If so, Palin has scratched first, endorsing Rick Perry for Texas Governor over Hutchinson. This could be a very interesting race that pits GOP Christian conservatives against old guard Republicans.

1. It will ONLY get lots of national press if it's framed as a "Catfight". .
otherwise...

11. Quick question.
If it were Schwarzenegger vs. Steele, would it be a "catfight"?

Or is it just sexier and more gratifying when it's two women and we get to use a term that's almost certainly sexist in connotation?

(A case of "bad when they do it, good when we do it"?)

Let's not just look at women as pussycats, ok? Or, if we need to have some put-down, find another.

15. Oh jeez!!
If between the Governator and the Token then go ahead and call it a dogfight if it makes you happy. Or be creative and come up with your own sexist term for 2 guys duking it out. What's good for the gander is certainly good for the goose. Lighten up. Always gonna be someone offended on these boards!!

16. Offense is sometimes too easy
It blocks some people from searching for meaning.

6. We're hoping it is a harbinger
of some destructive fights in the GOP between the extremist Christian conservatives and the old guard. That will get more to switch to the Dems.

and write up the notes on the article for us. I'm sure that one isn't going to be online, after all.
