New Hampshire Leads Next American Revolution! (Conservatives Freak Out)
Edited on Fri Feb-06-09 07:32 AM by RJ Connors
Conservatives, it appears, can't deal with real problems and just go off the deep in when faced with them. These people are going to be a problem in the coming struggles as we attempt to overcome the damage done by the Bush regime But, see for yourself.

Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. - Winston Churchill

New Hampshire Leads Next American Revolution!
Big Brother piece by JB Williams
Obamessiah Provokes HCR 6 Revolt - Americans fed up with the unbridled endless federal assault on private earnings, assets and rights, and looking for what they can do to put a stop to the rush of socialist tyranny being fast-tracked through the leftist congress, or signed into law by Obamessiah executive order, should take a close look at what the New Hampshire legislature has already done!

Four New Hampshire legislators introduced HCR-6 <1> to re-invoke states rights enumerated in Jefferson’s and Madison’s Kentucky Resolutions of 1798. <2> The resolution is a clear shot across the bow of the New Leftist Administration in Washington DC, which is rushing to expand federal control over every aspect of American life, industry and enterprise.

HCR-6 borrows much of its text from Jefferson’s Kentucky Resolutions, but adds more specific warnings concerning several real affronts to state and individual rights currently under attack by the new Washington elite.

The New Hampshire document resolves…

“That the said committee be authorized to communicate by writing or personal conferences, at any times or places whatever, with any person or person who may be appointed by any one or more co-States to correspond or confer with them; and that they lay their proceedings before the next session of the General Court; and

That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:

1. What About the ERA, then?
Why don't we deal with more modern needs, first?

2. It just goes to show how munomentally OUT OF TOUCH
These people are. It's almost laughable that they would cite the American Revolution. The Loyalists also understood the American creed - *I've got mine - fuck the rest of you* that is behind this little tantrum.

Good luck with the whining New Hampshire.

3. ya know, I've been hearing many "conservatives" freaking out on every little thing the past few
weeks. Most of the things they freak out on are blown way out of proportion.

But what strikes me as most hypocritical is the way that these same folks either cheered or did nothing while Bush pissed on the Constitution every freakin' day he squatted in office.

The hypocrisy, lack of integrity and intellectual dishonesty is staggering, IMO.

4. No kidding, it's like they think Obama did all of this in three weeks
They don't even in the most remote way even mention that hey, maybe 8 long torturous years of Republican fascist policy just might of had something to do with the situation we're in.

I find that real scary.

5. It's WALL STREET that is "rushing to expand federal control over every aspect of...
...American life, industry and enterprise."

THEY created the Financial 9/11 in September, and BEGGED FOR A TRILLION DOLLAR BAILOUT!

What a riot--that they are blaming this made-to-order disaster on socialists!

--------

And the hypocrisy of blaming Obama for Bush, Cheney & co.'s frontal assault on the Constitution is mind-boggling.

It's a bit late to start worrying about your rights, assholes!

7. A fine NH tradition
Send the village idiot to the legislature - it saves on the town welfare budget. We pay our legislators $100/year & expenses, and wwe get what we pay for - the town crank, who'll happily fritter away the day in Concord for lunch money.
