2. It's not helpful

but not unreasonable. The people of Iraq cannot go after those really responsible, only those Americans they see.

The job of going after those really responsible for this mess is left to those who are in this country.

People just have to decide how long they are willing to let this go on. The longer this goes on the higher the price we pay every day and the higher the eventual bill. Interest and penalties accrue....
