Crooked Cops Caught Plotting To Frame Motorist |
|
No article at the link, you have to watch the video to get the story. Besides being horrible cops, they are extremely stupid! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/07/29/crooked-cops-caught-plott_n_246987.htmlBut let me guess - the cops will get away with this one as well!

3. "This case throws every DUI investigation these officers have ever been a part of into question." |
|
Which is why crooked cops cannot be tolerated at any level.

6. But so-called "good cops" tolerate them |
|
No so-called "good cop" will ever take the "bad cops" to task.
By fiat, all cops are bad.

14. Yes. Unfortunately that is true. As long as the so-called good cops |
|

4. But, but, but the CIA *never* lies. And neither do police officers. |
|
Certainly no Florida officer would lie.
Now, before you get your panties in a twist, I know most officers are good guys just trying to do their jobs. Even probably in Florida. But they ain't all good guys.

5. You have to treat EVERY cop as if they are crooked when dealing with them |
|
Edited on Wed Jul-29-09 03:35 PM by WeDidIt
Cops are only looking out for themselves. As a civilian, when dealing with cops, your only advocate is yourself.
Treat them all as crooked, the life you save might be your own.

7. And y'all wonder why I call 'em PIGS- |
|
Sure there are some cops out there, maybe even most of 'em. But do you think one of those four *peace officers* would have ever come forward and saved an innocent citizen from thousands in atty fees and court costs and such(if it was her first offense)or kept his mouth shut and covered for his pals.

9. Ah, the 60's are back. Maybe people will listen this time. |

When I was a kid we used to cry "police brutality" and people would laaaaaaugh, figuring we were just little revolutionary freaks, wanting to tear down America, and that the police were upholding the American Dream and our God-Blessed traditions. Well guess what...SOME (not all) of them were power trippin' assholes who didn't care one whit about the citizens or the law if it didn't suit them to.
Every good cop on every police force in this country ought to turn these bastards in. If I'm doing something illegal, hell YES bust me, bust my neighbor, bust YOUR neighbor, but because you MUST, not just because you can!

Maybe they will actually do something if it gets enough public attention. Spread the link folks!!!

11. Put on administrative duties = they get to doctor the paperwork |
|
The cops were put on administrative duties working in the office. So, I guess they are the ones preparing the paperwork and also the same ones who are answering the phones regarding any potential witnesses. That sounds about right:(

12. Ten years hard labor in prison |
|
Nothing less. These pieces of shit make every good cop look bad. Put em in prison with those who are as criminal as they are and see how long they last. We are bound by law to trust law enforcement officers. They should be bound by law to tell the truth 100% of the time, with extremely stiff penalties for violations.

13. Just don't say that they acted stupidly. |

Telling the truth about that is tantamount to disorderly conduct.

17. That sure seemed casual. |
|
Edited on Wed Jul-29-09 07:43 PM by Seldona
Like they had perhaps done this before? None of the officers involved seemed concerned they would be held accountable.
I hope the inquiry is independent. It just slays me these men still have a job, let alone that they are still walking around free. That is an indictment of the system itself.
