The Kids Wish Network granted 12 year-old Dover, Delaware child who is battling cancer, her wish to meet President Obama and visit Washington, D.C. You can see the rest of the photographs here and read the story.

12 year-old Ta'Kiyah said, "I kept covering my eyes. I wasn't crying. My eyes were just watery that day."





President Obama reassured the twelve year old, "Ta'Kiyah, you can take your hands off your eyes. It's going to be okay." He hugged her.
