Better Dead Than Red : Burn Your Medicare Card in Protest

Say you're adamantly opposed to government involvement in health care? Show the government and the media how mad you are. Don't take government meddling in health care anymore. Burn your Medicare enrollment card in protest. Do it right there on the Capitol steps. Be just as angry as if at a town hall meeting shouting down the Devil. Have a national burn your Medicare card day and get all the right wing prophets to gather their flocks on the mall. Build a bonfire of cards and burn effigies of Satan's socialistcrats who control Congress and of the antichrist himself, Obama.

Way back in 1961 the far sighted visionary Ronald Reagan warned against Medicare as socialism that would destroy the country. As Reagan said in opposing Medicare:

“If you don't do this and if I don't it, one of these days you and I are going to spend our sunset years telling our children, and our children's children, what it once was like in America when men were free."

Don't wait. Burn your Medicare card before it's too late. Save your soul. Don't die socialist. Better to burn your card or that of a love one than it is to burn in hell for being a socialist who would have the government feed the hungry, house the homeless or do unto the least of them.

Agree with Glenn Beck that only you should decide when to give money to benefit others and that the government should not tax you if you do not want to help others? Very well. Next time you need a kidney transplant set out a jar for donations at your local convenience store.

Against government funding counseling between your doctor and you about end of life issues? Well, don't let government come between God and you. Refuse Medicare money. Pull the plug if you can't pay to breathe. Don't let the government pay to keep you on extended life support when you can go ahead and fly to heaven right away. Don't let socialist Medicare pay for your chemotherapy or surgery. Sell all you have and give it to the hospital and then have your descendants assume the balance of your debt. Surely the great-grandchildren of your great-grandchildren will be glad to pay for your treatment. If not, just bring back debt bondage and have the ingrates serve as indentured servants until the debt and interest are paid off.

Think Uncle Sam doesn't need to get involved with health related issues? Fine. Call Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity instead of the CDC when your family members start dropping like flies from the swine flu. After all, what does the government agency CDC really stand for? Conspiracy of Democrat Communists?

Stop government programs to control polio or yellow fever. It's survival of the fittest in this land of moneytheism, one United State of Mammon. As Rush Limbaugh said, this country is founded on the principle of us all being here for ourselves. Besides, eradicating mosquitos is just another form of environmental regulation. Not to mention that do-gooding Walter Reed did his research in Cuba. And just look at what Cuba became after government funded medical research was allowed just once!

5. That deserves it's own website.
It will be amusing to see the 'I got mine, go fuck yourself crowd.' defending their untenable position. It was hard not to laugh at the idiots on Social Security and Medicare demand the government stay out of health care. That is the level of stupidity we are dealing with here.

7. Hartmann riffs on this occasionally. These people should be FORCED
to refuse Medicare AND Social Security, as accepting them is clearly accellerating our rush toward Marxism.
