Since this is a Republican HC "reform" bill now, Dems ought to add "anti-price fixing" language
to the bill.

Earlier there was some talk of removing Health insurance companies exemption from anti-Trust law provisions against price fixing by "competitors" in a market.

Perhaps now is the time to add this to this anti-HCR bill. If we are going to subsidize the health insurance providers with NO COST CONTROLS BUILT IN....we ought to have anti-price fixing legislation apply to health care insurers.

THAT IS IF JOE "PROFIT ME!" LIEBERMAN DOESN'T MIND.
