January 13, 2009 – Kicking off a year of spectacular failure for all of Birfistan, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. files a Suggestion For Recusal with the United States Supreme Court, asking that they refrain from swearing in President Barack Obama on Inauguration Day.

January 20, 2009 – Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. files Keyes v. Obama (later Barnett v. Obama) in California. Unfortunately, she neglects to properly serve the defense and the case does not kick off before September, for this reason. January 20, 2009, known to sane people as Inauguration Day, was known in Birfistan as “The Day That Would Never Come.”

January 22, 2009 – Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. struts her stuff in Brockhausen v. Andrade in the 368th District Court in Williamson County, Texas, before Judge Burt Carnes shows her the exit.

January 23, 2009 – That no good, rotten bane of Birfistani existence, Politijab, is founded. A group of legal experts, bloggers, and interested others, by no means all Obama voters, the Politijab Eligibility Forum would call 100% of Birther cases correctly throughout the year.

January 27, 2009 – Judge R. Barclay Surrick in US District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania rules that Philip Berg does not have standing in Berg v. Obama.

February 24, 2009 – Phil Berg is interviewed by Michael Savage and says he does not need Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate, because he has absolute proof Obama was born in Kenya. (Still waiting.)
