Sarah Palin's political bandwagon is wobbling under the weight of contradictions
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/sarah-palin/7728430/Sarah-Palins-political-bandwagon-is-wobbling-under-the-weight-of-contradictions.html

According to a recent poll more Alaskans than not think the presidency should not form the next chapter of Palin's extraordinary story, while 45 per cent gave her a negative personal rating.

When John McCain plucked her from obscurity to be his Republican running mate in the 2008 campaign, her approval rating at home was 80 per cent, the highest of any governor in the country.

Now even a poll of Tea Party supporters, her most ardent fans, showed that a majority wouldn't vote for her if she ran for president in 2012.

It is not just that the faithful are beginning to question her readiness for the White House. It is not just that they have doubts about a would-be president who wants all her questions pre-screened, who needs to scribble her talking points on her palm and whose favourite modes of communication are those of a 15-year-old, namely Twitter and Facebook.

What is troubling Right-wingers is whether their great moose-hunting hope may not be the conservative real deal after all.

2. If it weren't for the media, Palin would have been long gone by now.
Her 10 minutes of fame have been long over.

6. Exactly. The media is keeping her going. But if the teabaggers grow within the
republican party and the media goes "all-in" for her she could come out of their convention on their ticket.

3. What exactly would need to happen for the die hard believers to see the truth?
Do they need to have the building actually collapse on them to acknowledge that the building fell down?

Sarah Palin is a documented liar. Over and over again she has been proven WRONG WRONG WRONG. And yet, instead of clarifying or admitting her error, she just keeps repeating the lies. What does this say about her opinion of her supporters? It clearly says she thinks they're uninformed idiots, because she keeps lying to them and expects them to believe it.

Congratulations, Palin supporters. She thinks you're all idiots, and so does the rest of the world.

Sarah Palin is an opportunist, who says and does what she must to keep the money coming in. She doesn't really care about her supporters, as evidenced when she boarded her bus that night and left so many of them standing in the cold rain, after waiting hours to see her. No biggie for Sarah. She made a fortune that day, and the idiots out in the cold can just go fuck themselves. They already bought her book, she doesn't need them now.

Once again, Palin supporters...congratulations. Your hero will literally leave you standing out in the cold rain. I guess she figures if you're stupid enough to do that, you deserve the cold you'll get. (Hope you have insurance!)

Republicans, self-professed "conservatives", tea baggers, birthers, whatever they want to call themselves...they are all idiots. No one with any grasp on reality could honestly say this woman is anything but a grifter. She quit her job as Governor of Alaska so she could go on the book trail. She knew her Alaska job would interfere with the book job, so she abandoned the people of Alaska for the $12 million she's made since.

And she doesn't expect them to have a problem with that. Idiots. If you support Palin, you're an idiot. Period.

5. And yet Olbermann, Ed, Rachel and the rest of them keep talking about her as if
she is relevant when, in fact, she is a circus freak whose screechy voice scratches the eardrum with her lies and hate filled ridiculousness.

7. the poster who mentioned MONEY is 100% correct
I think she will go anywhere and say anything as long as she can make a buck. And believe me she does, say any outrageous thing that is given her to read.

8. She doesn't want to be President. It would be far too much work for her lazy ass.
She's now got millions of dollars in the bank, and that's what she really wanted. She will, however, keep pretending she wants to run one day since that's part of her con game. And yes, the right wing will continue to adore her.

Anyway, that article gave the RW teabagger types far too much credit. The idea that they even noticed the inconsistency when, for example, she called Rahm Emanuel out for saying "retard," but didn't call Limbaugh out for the same offense is ridiculous. They aren't anywhere close to being bright enough to notice such things.

Even if they did notice they would never care anyway. The RW hasn't suddenly decided to value honesty or consitency. If they had that kind of intellectual integrity they wouldn't be listening to idiots like Palin, Limbaugh, Hannity, Coulter, Beck, O'Reilly in the first place.
