Will America's First All-Christian Prison Be Built in Oklahoma?
Corrections Concepts Inc.'s effort to establish America's first all-Christian prison in Oklahoma has hit some roadblocks, but it is still continuing to move down the pike.

The last time there was this much excitement in and around Wakita, Oklahoma, was when a tornado nearly destroyed the town. Fortunately, that was in the blockbuster movie Twister. Now, another less ephemeral twister could shake up the town; a proposal from the Dallas, Texas-based Corrections Concepts Inc., to have this sleepy town some 40 miles from the Kansas border become the home to America's first all-Christian prison.

And while the proposal might still be a pipedream for Bill Robinson, the founder of Corrections Concepts Inc. (http://correctionsconcepts.org/), it appears to be inching ever closer to reality.

Bill Robinson's dream
Robinson recently told the Tulsa (Oklahoma) World that a bonding company had expressed interest in his project -- a private prison administered by Christian officials, attended to by Christian guards, adhering to Christian programming and stocked with Christian prisoners -- and that full funding for it depended upon states agreeing to send 285 prisoners to the facility.

3. Another gift of privatization
Corrections Concepts Inc.? I imagine they will come up with all kind of cool prison ideas. How about floating, Druid prisons or submerged, oil spill correction facilities? They are providing a path to circumvent Constitutional prohibitions, ey?

So, will there be scourging, stoning, and crucifixions? Will they use the Spanish Inquisition, "torture for your salvation" manual? That might be acceptable, then; especially if it is televised as a "reality" show.

Now, imagine if they try to create an all-Jewish prison? Ooops ... shades of another regime. Does Gitmo count as an all-Islamic prison?

This is absolutely ridiculous and just adds more meat to the bones of madness that are defining a decaying culture.

6. What is with private enterprise profiting from incarcerating people for profit.
Next come the private judges and court rooms. We already have the private police.

I believe this is the job of government. A government that is answerable to the people. You know representation and all that.

I can see where private prisons are unconstitutional.

7. Not many places would be more cruel than THAT

Repressed Chistians and holding ultimate power over others is a formula for some serious atrocities, as everyone from Inquisition victims to the last 1000 years of Altar Boys could attest.

NOTE: This is not a slander against all Christians. There are many good and decent Christians out there. However, Christianity, like the rest of human society, often allows the worst sociopaths to gain power over it's institutions.

11. Americans United issues warning
This is an activist group that strongly advocates separate of church and state:

Above link is their response to this hideous idea.
