7. This place is facist, not communist.
There is NO social safety net here. No Welfare, no healthcare, no free education.... just a bunch of corrupt officials using a country of people as cheap labour while they get rich.

6. Well, begging here is different than home
Around Beijing, many beggars have been forced into it by gangs, especially the Children. It is disgusting. You see kids that are mutilated by some scumbag begging for money... yet the police allow them to keep begging instead of grabbing them and taking them somewhere safe.

You rarely see a fully grown healthy person begging here, it's always old people, disabled people or children. And they aren't drug addicts or anything either.

Truly you never see as many beggars as back home here.
