Cat Food v. Caviar: Wall St. Salaries UP, SS to Seniors DOWN
Last night I was phone-banking New Hampshire for Paul Hodes for Senate and Annie Kuster for Congress, and a woman - thinking a volunteer actually had any influence - asked why we can't reduce our message to a simple 20-second sound bites. I didn't have a snappy comeback but the two headlines below kind of sum it up:

Wall Street Pay: A Record $144 Billion: Profits are down 20%, but compensation is up 23%, says a new report.

Social Security COLA (Cost of Living Allowance): No Raise For Seniors

SENIORS EAT CAT FOOD WHILE WALL ST. EATS CAVIAR!

Republicans Fuck the People that built the country (unions, working people)

and Toast the Assholes who tore it down (Wall St., Banks Big Oil, etc.)

May Be too complex for NH Tea Partiers to comprehend.

(The DNC might want to clean that up). Suggestions?

1. ... all part of the plan ...
:( When do we all start to learn Russian, cause we're going down the same path the Soviet Union did about 20 years ago ...

2. My question is
once they have all the money, then what? Do they win? What's the prize they get?

Just what is the point of returning to the Gilded Age?

3. Karl Marx said that once it became a monopoly,
everything would collapse.

Maybe that's why he's so reviled by the capitalists.
