The case stems back to the days when good-old “tricky shootin’ Dick” ran Halliburton prior to becoming US Vice President under Pres. George Bush II, the village idiot who FINALLY went BACK to Texas! Nigerian officials reportedly plan to indict “tricky shootin’ Dick” in connection with a bribery case that involves an alleged $180 MILLION BRIBE scandal. The article says that just last week Nigeria arrested 23 officials from various companies including Halliburton. The case reportedly involves allegations of “illegal payments to Nigerian officials.” Everyone who was arrested by Nigeria is now out on bail as of 11/29/2010. Allegedly the BRIBES were offered and accepted in order to win a $6 BILLION liquified natural gas contract in Nigeria. One company, Panalpina, is being investigated for giving bribes to Nigerian Customs officials on “behalf of Royal Dutch Shell.”
