11. We don't have a free press. We shouldn't host the event.
It is ridiculous to stage an event here.
The press in the United States is a pack of fascist sycophants.
They stood by silently as a Fascist Plutocracy was installed in 2000.
They stood mute when the fascists openly stole the 2004 election.
They babbled celebrity underwear stories as fascists lied to get war.
They remain silent as those wars are dragged out forever by fascists.
Perhaps the nations with a truly free press should hold a counter event
somewhere where there is actually a free press.
