Army investigating how secret data was sent to WikiLeaks (McClatchy)

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Army has launched an investigation into how a private suspected of downloading thousands of secret reports and diplomatic cables and handing them over to WikiLeaks could have done so and whether other soldiers should face criminal charges in the case.

The Army confirmed the investigation but would not release details. An Army official said that a six-member task force has been given until Feb. 1 to complete a report, which will look at everything from how Pfc. Bradley Manning was selected for his job and trained to whether his superiors missed warning signs that he was downloading documents he had no need to read ...

1. Doesn't Wikileaks post the "how to" give material on their website?
Not sure why 6 people need to have a task force to figure it out...or am I missing something?
