1. I was just watching her on Cenk. Did they cut her off all of a sudden? It was really |
|
weird how she suddenly stopped. Cenk looked weirded out about it too.

9. I don't want to impose an opinion into the pool of paranoia |

But let me just say that under the most perfect conditions, free of all possible politics, what the on air talent on MSNBC has to do this week would be daunting, glitch ridden, awkward and just scary. The tent pole is gone. That would be a shake up under any and all circumstances. This would be particularly stressful for a person starting a new show. In this case, Cenk, whose show will be dealing with all the starting gate crap anyway. Just getting the rhythm with the prompter and the talking is going to be difficult. Look into the camera, please, and address several hundred thousand people live for the next hour. Ready? Begin! My point is that there would be strain showing no matter what. Things on Monday were a world away from how they were when you went home Friday night. Reasons aside, losing the key player in your line up is going to cause some stress and worry.

10. You're probably right...You sound like you know what you're talking about . |
|
The only thing I might question was what you said about Cenk...He's doing a new time slot, but he has been on the air many times (not sure if it was his own show) during the afternoon.
In any case, you are probably correct about most of it...They weren't given any time to absorb the "changes".
Do you have experience in the broadcast medium?...Just curious.

5. I think Professor Piven was nervous |
|
she talked about the threats made to her, her students are following the web site blaze. This poor woman I feel so sorry for her, to have this unwanted exposure.
