Democrats, start declaring the GOP's budget cutting orgy a deficit reduction fraud
Edited on Wed Mar-30-11 02:42 PM by JohnWxy
to the Democrats: Why the hell aren't you guys pointing out (I know it's repetitive but nonetheless...) that the TPers and GOPers current year budget cuts are NOT about bringing down the deficit. The current years budget is a small part of the total picture. If the Corporate Lobbyists were really interested in addressing the deficit they would have gotten together with Dems to look at the Entitlements, where the big money is.

this is really more of the Corporate Lobbyist party's attack on Government. What they did during the Cheney regime's reign by just walking away from the Government's responsibilities to regulate banks and markets. That's deconstructing the Government from within. Of course, diminishing the Governements ability to do the things it must do will get us more of the same...another Great Recession 2008.

YOu should be campaigning for Bernie Sanders surtax on millionaires bill. This would give the Corporate Lobbyists an opportunity to show how committed to deficit reduction they REALLY are.

1. The only explanation is that most Dems don't disagree with sick Republican policies.

2. Hey, that's a good tack to take in a phone call to Dem Senators: "If you do not support Sanders bill
....do you agree with the GOPer creeps?"

I like it. In other words why are you NOT supporting it? Post partisan Obama? Come on!

3. Hopefully, they are aware of Sanders bill - I'm contacting my Senators about...
...getting rid of subsidies for nuclear power too - might as well do it at the same time.

4. Ah, but the whole reason the Democratic Party exists...
...is to ensure there is no alternative to the Republicans.

5. At this point, it certainly seems so - or rather, the reason both parties exist...
...is to ensure there is no alternative to corporate rule.
