Educators escorted out of Walker Press conference by Milwaukee Police
Edited on Thu Mar-31-11 06:51 PM by Bill USA
How frequently Conservatives seem unable to face potential disagreement with (or questioning of) their cant and resort to fascist tactics to deal with non-believers.

How confortable they are when they are in office with the use of Government power to squelch debate. AN odd twist on the concept of limited Government ... that is, Government can limit citizens rights to question their government. Seems more like UN-LIMITED GOVERNMENT (power) to me.

Stan Johnson, Sid Hatch and Mike Langyel were surprised when they were asked by Gov. Scott Walker’s staff representatives and the Milwaukee police department’s professional performance division to leave a press conference this afternoon on education reform.

I wanted to hear first hand what the governor had in plan for education reform since these changes will directly affect the Milwaukee teachers,” said Stan Johnson, executive director of the Milwaukee Teachers Education Association.

We heard there was going to be an announcement about education; we wanted to be able to understand the details of that plan so we went to the conference, only to be asked to leave by one of Walker’s staff and the Milwaukee police.(more)

6. Wasn't that way in the '60s. Of course back then swipe meant
to steal, not to pay for, no one had mice in their offices and a rip had to be sewn, not burned.
