TPM is stating that Speaker Boehner emerged after meeting with his caucus for about an hour and indicated there was no agreement yet.

2. He's lying. He's claiming it is budget numbers, not teabag ideological crusade.
A lot of this is about Boehner being afraid he is going to lose his job to a Teabagger.
