Most of those guys are real bastards. Many Florida boaters know this.

If they were to catch him deliberately killing a manatee, that'd be it for him.

They actually announce themselves as part of Homeland Security.

A close friend of mine is a Citrus County politician, who ran for State Senate(3) there. She knows the person involved. Said that she and her bunch are so crazed, they ran off all the original tea-baggers. The former President, or whatever, just threw up her hands and said "I can't be associated with you people anymore."
