The Broken Promise of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness
If poverty is looked at in the more accurate way to reflect what is needed for self-sufficiency, fully 54.6% of large families in the U.S. whose head of household works full time, live in poverty.

1. I will go check your link. I just posted about a poverty related
issue in another thread. The issue there was HEALTHCARE.

Isn't ANYONE LISTENING?????????????????? There are countless numbers of people who will just die because we can't offer them even the very basic of care. It's appalling and I'm livid about it.

People who work don't have healthcare AND people WHO ARE NOT WORKING don't have healthcare DUH.........what about these people???

I sure hope Kerry's Health plan gets through the congress and I hope it is truely liberal enough to include people with no where to turn.

Then there's the issue of housing people who are living on the edge. What about that? Who in the hell wants to live in a cockroach infested, rundown, dirty place or crammed into a tiny little place with a big family while Lexus drivers run up and down the street in America where the streets are paved with gold???????????

Bring our troops home. Bring our manufacturing jobs home. Build clean affordable housing for those that need it the most and provide quality healthcare for EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING WALKING ON THIS SOIL.

If not, look for crime to rise to untold levels...................
