The article covers a broad area of topics including the Medicare bill, the 2000 elections and the failure of congress to keep the executive branch in check.

Fascinating that Bush is the first who hasn't vetoed anything passed by Congress since Garfield. Wasn't Garfield shot during his first day in office?

Kerry should be using this to paint him as nothing more than a puppet of the Republican Congress.
