4 Dem Senators who won't vote to raise taxes on the rich - worried about own election
Meet the four Democratic Senators who are so worried about their own reelection campaigns that they are refusing to raise taxes on the wealthy.

Yesterday, I wrote an article based on Sen. Dick Durbin telling a local Chicago radio station that some Democrats in the Senate are refusing to raise taxes on the wealthy in an election year. At the time of publication, I didn’t have the names of the Democrats who won’t raise taxes on the rich, but I do now.

Lots of commenters wanted the names and contact information for the Un-Fantastic Four, so here they are.

1). Sen. Bob Casey -Email Twitter

2). Sen. Mary Landrieu- Email

3). Sen. Kay Hagan- Email Twitter

4). Sen. Joe Manchin- Email Twitter

1. Hagan isn't even up this time
so apparently she actually thinks it is bad public policy which is worse than just being a pandering worm.

5. Yup...
I did too. I tried to tell people, I even moved to Philly from Hartford to work for Chuck Pennacchio's primary campaign to keep Bob "I'm just like my opponent Rick Santorum except a Democrat" Casey out of the Senate. Santorum was toast...we could have run anybody and won...PA Dems chose the guy who was barely better than the incumbent. Literally the only major key issue Santorum and Casey disagreed on was union labor. It was a referendum on unions in a union state.

Nobody listened. I even got lambasted here, accused to trying to turn an easy win into 6 more years of Santorum.

I wonder how many regret now having opponent of single-payer health, fiscal-conservative, homophobe and rabid pro-lifer Bob Casey instead of the executive director of one of the largest state citizens groups in the nation for single payer (Health Care for All Pennsylvania), liberal, gay marriage supporter and pro-women Pennacchio in the Senate.

13. This state sucks, plain and simple. I could not believe he got in over Pennachio either.
No one listened to me then either.

I remember that shit with his father's transplant, how convenient...

6. Yet so many here
defend Ms. Landrieu, especially when she tried to force Obama to let oil drilling resume, and then had the gall to cozy up to Bernie Sanders as if she was not the perfect example of what is wrong with the Democratic party.
