All the way at the bottom. This paper hasn't printed the last 3 letters that I sent them but this one made it.
Also, after the kick ass performance of Kerry last Thursday many, many letters to the editor was sent to the Herald Leader. Here is a sampling of the letters they got. Only 1 supported * and 1 that criticized both.

A conservative friend of mine recently confided that while he doesn't really like President Bush, he just couldn't bring himself to vote for Sen. John Kerry because of something he said 30 years ago. I'm surprised it wasn't due to his finely groomed hair.
It made me realize that there's probably a bunch of people like him. You know it's wrong to pass on huge debts to our children and grandchildren, lie to the country about war, alienate our allies, pollute the environment, put corporate profits above the public interest and send good-paying jobs overseas. The list goes on and on.
Some people will vote for a continuation of these disastrous policies because voting for a Democrat is somehow worse. I'm glad they weren't around in 1776. We might still be under the rule of a King George.
