Kerry finally scores a direct hit |

<snip>
"When the president had an opportunity to capture or kill Osama bin Laden, he took his focus off him, out-sourced the job to Afghan warlords and Osama bin Laden escaped. Six months after he said Osama bin Laden must be caught dead or alive, this president was asked, where's Osama bin Laden? And he said, 'I don't know. I don't really think about him very much. I'm not that concerned.' We need a president who stays deadly focused on the real war on terror."
This full-blazing, frontal assault on the very heart of Bush's encampment left the president in shock and in awe. "Gosh," the dazed commander-in-chief uttered, before recovering sufficiently to lie outright. "I don't think I ever said I'm not worried about Osama bin Laden." He had, of course, stated his lack of concern publicly at least twice.
It didn't matter what happened after this Bush position was overrun. The cumulative effects of Kerry's attack had already decided the three debates. The sad sack of a president stood on the shore, wet, slack eyed and clueless. Moderator Bob Schieffer finally rushed in to end the debate by getting the two candidates to talk about the 'very strong women' who were their wives.
Save for the grace of Schieffer, Comrade Bush might well have been forced to wave the white flag. War president indeed!

1. Yes, that was a biggie for John! What gets me, though... |
|
is that there are STILL so many who support and say they will vote for Bush. I just don't get it! And I'm having nightmares about the possibility of another 4 years of this "sad sack of a president". God help us all if it happens!
DEFEAT BUSH!!

2. The Forses who mislead the Sheep are resourceful, powerful, and |
|
wealthy. Bush represents their position in wealth/power so they want him in the white house.
The brainwashing they use is formidable and effective.
The only thing to save this Nation from going the way of others is to combat its ignorance..... something rhe Right thrives on....

3. Les Payne gets it dead on.. |
|
"The media bought in to Rove's deception not only because they are gullible but also because their bosses are greedy. In this presidential race between multimillionaires, the media, mainly TV, stands to fleece upwards of $100 million from both of the candidates."
This is awesome reading..thanks for this, Cocoa.
