what they deserve. Sorry, but I think this is a frivolous lawsuit along the lines of those people who smoke, then sue the tobacco company.

is a scary thing for some people. People put their trust in these pills and the companies do not deny.

the fact that people trust them is disturbing. It's the same psychology that Bush used to sleaze his way back into the WH. Playing on people's fears.
I understand that depression is scary. I go through bouts of it all the time (at least once every three months). There are vitamin regimens you can take that ease it a bit, but I would never consider taking a pharmaceutical, simply because I know it works only to mask the issue, and in fact can lead to larger issues (hence this lawsuit). Therein lies my point.
