"Satire" sounds like it could be truth
I'm not sure, but it seems to me that The Steel Cage may have outed their own guys without even know it. Check out an excerpt from the latest "satire"

PALM BEACH, Flor. (The Steel Cage) - A "vast right wing conspiracy" of sorts has been uncovered in south Florida. The alleged culprits include Radio Hosts Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, blond conservative pundit Ann Coulter, and Internet gossip king Matt Drudge.

A source on Limbaugh's personal staff spoke to a reporter on the condition of anonymity. Apparently, the four individuals, all well know conservatives, started meeting at Limbaugh's home every Saturday night in the summer of 2001. "Hannity and Coulter would often arrive together at about 7:30 in the afternoon," the source says, "Drudge would always arrive at 8:15 on the dot."

Activities would include playing cards, smoking, drinking and discussing the news, sometimes until 2 or 3 AM. "Coulter would bring the cards and chips and kitchen crew would provide snacks and drinks. Limbaugh, Coulter, and Drudge would smoke big cigars while Hannity often drank Sprite or Gingerale. Sometimes they would stay so late that the servants would have to make the guest rooms so they could stay overnight." the source continues.

Seems innocent enough, right? Wrong.

"While discussing the news, they would often talk about what they wanted to speak and write about. I often heard them saying "We can spin this this way, and we can use this against this Democrat." It is almost like they were doing show prep right there at the card table. It was clear to me on several occasions that it was their intent to misrepresent the news."

-- Hmmmm, if you ask me that doesn't sound nearly as far fetched as the writer wants it to be. What do you all think?
