AJ: Suddenly, they had a cover story and two AP articles in the New York Daily News, all in the film, where they said, “Lo and behold, 8:30 in the morning, the CIA was running a drill of flying jetliners into buildings in New York and D.C.” It just so happened at that very minute they were running this and it just so happened that NORAD stood down for an hour and half, the 58 minutes in different cases. I mean it’s incredible when you add all this together. Go ahead.

SH: Yeah, that’s right. The official government party line is, the first line of defense is the cause and effect of science fiction doesn’t exist. But that’s a total lie. Anybody that works - and I’ve spoken to hundreds of mechanics and maintenance managers at United Airlines and American Airlines and several others and they all confirm that technology exists.

That interview is BS in my opinion, and Stanley Hilton is either a very bad lawyer or a government plant purposely bungling a lawsuit. If you want a real lawsuit against the Bush cabal involvement in 9/11, look at the Mariani lawsuit.

But there is some truth to the CIA drill, though the interview explanation is typically inaccurate. Here's my timeline entry on it:

September 11, 2001 (D): An advertisement for a "homeland security" event in 2002 will mention the following curious sentence: "On the morning of September 11th 2001, Mr. Fulton and his team at the CIA were running a pre-planned simulation to explore the emergency response issues that would be created if a plane were to strike a building. Little did they know that the scenario would come true in a dramatic way that day." Fulton's team is part of the National Reconnaissance Office, which "operates many of the nation's spy satellites. It draws its personnel from the military and the CIA." The simulation was to start at 9:00 a.m., four miles from where one of the real hijacked planes took off. The government calls the simulation just a "bizarre coincidence." The government has repeatedly claimed that no one imagined a plane deliberately crashing into a building (see May 16, 2002 (B)).

As you may know, I've done a lot of 9/11 investigating (see www.complete911timeline.org). I ran the Hilton legal papers past some 9/11 skeptic-friendly lawyers I knew, and they thought his case was so shoddily done that self-sabotage or complete incompetence were the only likely explanations. And if you look at the text, some very absurd things are thrown in like the Protocols of the Elders of Zion - a huge red flag.

his 9/11 RTT is an interesting video ...about an hour and a half in , there is an FBI video of an agent during a training session, explaining to the trainees that the founding fathers were terrorists, and anybody who cites the constitution or brings up Posse comitatus is a terrorist.

An Austinite...he knows Bush's shenanigans well. There is an interesting clip where he sneaks in to a press conference being held by then Texas governor * . and he gets to ask a question . Mr governor why don't you talk about the federal reserve and ....,isn't that what is destroying our country.he is quickly grabbed led from the conference, kidnapped and then driven around Austin for 45 min. until they finally dump him off on the side of the road.

While a staunch conservative , his gregPalast interviews are great. and he's had Bev Harris on multiple times.

9/11 RTT makes the best case I've seen for MIHOP, it's so detailed the Hilton interview is almost a side note.
