Attacking the dem canidates and talking Pete Rose but no talk of O`Neal`s book. The only one so far to talk about it is Fox. Face the Nation is up next.

3. Did you hear Russert and all those guys talking about blogs?
They have no clue. They are trying to trivialize the Internet as a source of news and communication.

They should be asking themselves why people are turning to the Internet, instead of them. Could it be because they have become so corporate that they have failed us? Could it be because we are sick of their bias?

We really care about Pete Rose and attacks on the dem candidates! Sure! The fate of the world rests on this election and we want to hear about how Rose lied.

13. I didn't see that
but it figures. They will ridicule anything that they aren't part of, anything that they can't control. Sure, it's only teenagers living in Mommy's basement who use the Internet to be informed, that makes them feel safe and important. They have to believe that they control opinion in this country.

6. CBS 60 Minutes
I emailed the CBS news article on O'Neil to myself. Guess what? MSN had attached a message saying the link was unsafe.

Microsoft, MSN, is trying to shut down or minimize the spreading of this news article. UNBELIEVABLE!!

9. Time.com Article
MSN, Hotmail, has flagged the Time article with the same UNSAFE flag regarding the O'Neil link. This is freaking crazy. The first time in 5 years I have seen this flag on any email.

8. They are obsolete. They just haven't realized it yet.
The corporations would do better replacing the likes of Russert and Tweety with The Home Shopping Network or The Price is Right. No one watches these so-called "news" shows anyway, except people at DU.

More people are going to their computers in the morning for the news rather than turning on the TV.

Tweety and Russert can make fun of bloggers all they want. These two are so 20th Century!

10. Amazing how they can ignore this story
All the Washington puppets are scrambling around waiting for the WH to tell them what to say, while the WH remains silent. They're all helpless.
